The fruit comes from the Melozal area. This area is known for its hot and intense summers, behind the coastal mountain range, with almost no maritime influence. Soils are deep and of low fertility. These conditions allow to reach an exceptional maturity, soft tannins and particular aromas and flavours. Carignan’s variety vineyard is in a rainfed area, with head-trained vines that are over 60 years old, characteristic that make it naturally balanced.

Intense red with violet reflections. Complex to the nose, with the presence of spices, red fruits and soft floral notes. Unctuous, elegant, tasty, with tannins present and a vibrant acidity that balances the fruit.
