The fruit is obtained from selected vineyards in the Leyda Valley, on soils of medium fertility and good drainage. They are very close to the coast so they enjoy a marked martime climate influence. This determines that vines develop in a cold environment, obtaining grapes of fresh and mineral character.

Ideal to accompany a meal from start to finish, this is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Leyda Valley. With aromas of white flowers and delicate fruit flavours, it is distinguished by a great structure, rich acidity and elegant creaminess.
