The vineyards are located in the Casablanca and Bío-Bío Valleys. Both valleys belong to cold areas within the Central Valley of Chile. These climatic characteristics produce grapes with a fresh character and great natural acidity. For this sparkling wine we have obtained Pinot Noir grapes of a higher polyphenolic ripeness, in order to reach the desired colour.

Brilliant, light pink colour. Fresh and fruity aromas. Citrus notes, white fruits and a subtle floral touch. Smooth mouthfeel. Round and very fresh on the palate, with a vibrant acidity.
