De invaderer stadig barnets territorium (fra fysisk og seksuell vold til en kategorisk mening om eventuelle aspekter av livet ditt: venner, karrierer og en kandidat som du må stemme i valget). Slike mennesker, ikke flau, vil lese barnets dagbok. Og uten forlegenhet vil bli diskutert av ungdomstiden i nærvær av utenforstående. De velger ditt yrke, fyller ut dokumenter for deg, samtykker til å betale for opplæring og bare vedlikeholde hvis du går inn i et bestemt universitet. Diktere religiøs tro, kosthold og til og med elskere.

Grenseovertredere kan sammenlignes med bakterier som trenger inn i hver kropp av kroppen. Grensen din er som huden, og de koster ikke noe å sive gjennom den, uansett hvordan du prøver å avvise. Vanligvis prøver barn å rive seg bort fra slike foreldre så raskt som mulig: De tilbringer oftere med venner, går til universitetet hjemmefra eller drar til et annet land. Men inntil de forstår hva de løper fra, vil de ikke kunne motstå kontrollen som de vokste opp: Kommer på besøk, vil de komme tilbake til barnas atferdsmønster.

Det er viktig å huske at verken biologisk slektskap eller en rolle i familien forplikter oss til å kommunisere med noen mot lyst. Du disponerer livet ditt og har rett til å bestemme hvem du skal slippe inn det. Og for å endre forhold til foreldre som krenker grensene, gjør øvelsen:

Tegn en regnbue. Tilordne hvert aspekt av livet en farge:

Svart håndtak rister fargene på de aspektene der foreldrene dine invaderte. Søt med forskjellig intensitet: For eksempel kontrollerte foreldre vennskap fullstendig, og bare delvis verdier, selv om de hadde en merkbar effekt. Så du vil få en visuell ide om tilstedeværelsen av foreldre i livet ditt.

Ser på spekteret, tenk på intervensjonen der aspekter spilte den viktigste rollen. Først må du prøve å finne ut en ting. Anta at du ikke er fornøyd med instruksjonene deres om utseendet og seksualiteten din, og dette gjør deg vondt.

Hvordan sette grensene?

For å motstå kravene til foreldrene, må du få tillit. For dette er daglige korte afferia -setninger egnet. Deres positive effekt er vitenskapelig bevist. Her er omtrentlige formuleringer: «Det er godt å se ut – ikke det viktigste i livet», «Jeg liker meg selv», «Jeg er stolt av min sterke kropp», «Jeg bestemmer meg for at jeg skal til meg», «magen sier ingenting om personligheten min».

Hvis du har fulgt dietter hele livet, kan du bruke dette ordet som en nøkkel i formuleringene dine. Bli kvitt vekter uten å nøle. Ikke overdrive betydningen av utseende før de du kan påvirke. I tale, understreke betydningen av emosjonell følsomhet, vennlighet og utdanning, og ikke bare utseende.

Endre emnet hver gang en samtale med moren din kommer til kosthold, og spøk fra kritikk, så vil situasjonen gradvis endre seg. Hvis moren styrker kritikken, så si direkte: “Jeg tenker for mye på hvordan jeg spiser og hvordan jeg ser ut. Jeg liker det ikke. Jeg ber om å diskutere noe annet i stedet for mat og utseende «.

Husk at beskyttelsen av grenser ikke er et forsvar av avhandlingen, med en forklaring av årsaker og eksempler. Det er nok å si hva du vil. Ikke alle føler seg trygge på slike samtaler, noen ganger oppstår tvil: «Jeg kan ikke si det», «hun vil ikke høre på meg», «snakk til ingen nytte» eller til og med «det vil bare være verre».

Alle grenser krenkere er forskjellige. Det er lettere å være enig med noen enn med andre, dessuten avhenger mye av diskusjonsemnet. Men i alle fall er frykt ikke en unnskyldning for å utsette samtalen. Og selv om konsekvensene er uforutsigbare, med noe du trenger å starte. Vær dristigere. Selv en liten styrking av en liten grense er et skritt på veien til ro i sinnet og helse.

Foreldre

Disse mangler foreldre. Utilgjengelig enten fysisk eller psykologisk. De viser nesten ingen interesse for barnet, og for ham eksisterer de heller ikke – fysisk, følelsesmessig, intellektuelt eller åndelig. De kan sende et syv år gammel barn til en internat eller ikke delta i livet hans hjemme.

Til tross for ytre vennlighet eller alvorlighetsgrad, er forholdet deres basert på likegyldighet. Som krenkere av grensene, varierer deres inngripen i barnets levetid: de viser interesse for ett aspekter, og er helt likegyldige til det andre.

Hvordan sette grensene?

Det er klart at avgjørelsen avhenger av foreldrenes fravær av foreldrene. Mest sannsynlig tror du at alt var bra. Kanskje du har mange venner som har de samme foreldrene. Vi tilbyr ikke å kjempe for foreldrenes oppmerksomhet. En av de vanskelige leksjonene ved oppveksten er at ingen og ingen midler får deg til å elske deg og tilbringe tid med deg.

La oss finne ut hva vi skal gjøre med innflytelsen fra slike foreldre på deres liv. En ærlig intern dialog vil være påkrevd. Du tenker sikkert: “Jeg har det bra. Og på skolen var alt bra. Jeg har mange venner. Jeg ser ikke noe problem «. Og hva fortalte de tidligere partnerne deg under krangel? Kanskje: «Jeg vet aldri hva du synes», «du er for uavhengig», «du trenger ikke meg», «det er ikke klart hvordan du føler deg», «du viser ikke følelser», «du tar ikke noe på alvor», «du trenger venner mer enn meg», «du trenger ikke noen bortsett fra deg selv».

Husk hva du følte da du hørte det. Du kan innrømme at det er vanskelig for deg å komme nærmere? At du ikke vet hvordan du bygger langsiktige forhold? Beskriv dine ideelle foreldre: imaginære, karakterer av bøker eller virkelige mennesker, for eksempel foreldre til en venn. Du kan tegne et portrett i nærheten eller lime et bilde. Lag en liste over deres egenskaper som du liker: å elske, streng, morsom, rolig? Hvilke av disse egenskapene har du? Elsker du deg selv nok? Bryr du deg om deg selv? Kan bli en slik forelder?

Kom med en setning og gjenta det for deg selv hver dag på vegne av dine egne foreldre, for eksempel: «Jeg er så glad for at jeg har deg» eller «all min tid og oppmerksomhet til din disposisjon». Og ideelt sett, for å nøytralisere konsekvensene av livet med foreldre-godkjenninger, må du la noen andre ta vare på deg og se din svakhet. Det indre barnet ditt vil puste et sukk av oppmerksomhet.

Foreldre som «vil gjøre»

Hvis dette er foreldrene dine, er de ikke langt fra nesten perfekte «gode». Slike foreldre kontrollerer vanligvis den ene og ignorerer den andre, noen ganger for strenge og krenker grensene eller omvendt, hold avstanden. Hva du skal gjøre i en slik situasjon? Det er vanskelig å gjøre med dem, men noen ganger ser du ut til å bli bra bra. Imidlertid er det verdt å jobbe med ethvert forhold, noe som gjør dem varmere og harmoniske.

Hvordan sette grensene?

Først må du bestemme om du vil ha flere foreldre i livet ditt eller mindre. La oss nå tenke på hvordan vi gjør det. Hvis de for eksempel hjelper deg, for eksempel, å gå hunden eller ta barn til skolen, så prøv å kommunisere når ingenting kreves av dem. Inviter dem for eksempel til å drikke kaffe sammen. Det er nok krangel med gode foreldre og hyggelige øyeblikk, så grensene med dem er fleksible. Gjør kommunikasjonen mer behagelig for deg selv. Ikke se etter unnskyldninger: «Det skjedde, du kan ikke gjøre om foreldrene dine». Ethvert forhold kan forbedres, og i dette tilfellet avhenger det av deg.
