Muscat from vineyards from the Maule and Itata Valleys, found in high density and low yield slopes, worked on rainfed areas and with Gobelet training and pruning. This area is characterized by naturally producing low alcohol content, ripe grapes with excellent acidity which is ideal for sparkling wines.

The Syrah is from Sagrada Familia, in the Curicó Valley. Planted in loamy soil, in the foothills of the Coastal Mountain Range where there is a great thermal variation, characteristics that allow the development of soft tannins and a high aromatic intensity.

Bright ruby red colour with constant presence of fine bubbles. Complex and red fruit aromas predominate with soft floral notes to the nose.

On the palate it is fresh, its acidity and sweetness are balanced, delivering a good structure and long finish.
